With version 2394 and higher we no longer allow CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 Therefore, you have two options: 1) Downgrade your system to version 2393 and continue to use the CQG data. Refer to the following for how to rollback your system: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure OR 2) Stay on the current version and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data instead of CQG. You will pay the same amount for the data, but have historical data available.
