Your Sierra Chart account is now active again.

We have activated it for two weeks. And we have also set your service package for renewal to 5 but you still have access to package 12 for 40 days as long as your Sierra Chart account remains active.

The way that access to package 12 works, in this particular case is that we set your account to evaluate service package 12 for 60 days. And your account will be billed during that time at service package 5.

You would not actually change the service package to 12 like we see that you did on 2022-06-15 06:30:37 UTC.

Instead, you continue to pay for service packages 5 as you normally do even when it expires. During this time you have access to package 12.
