The Order Confirmation that you are showing could NOT have come from an order placed on the Trading DOM that you are showing in the forefront of that window. That Trading DOM has a quantity of 1, and you should only get a quantity of 1 with any order placed from it. Please check where you are placing that order from and adjust the quantity for that "chart" (trading DOMs are specialized charts).
