You are fine with regards to the trading account, since you will be connecting to IB. So you do not need to worry about that. In terms of which exchange you want out of the CME Group of exchanges, it depends on what you want. If you really just want data for the ES with Market Depth, then you would want to activate the following exchange: - CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts If, on the other hand, you want data for all CME products with Market Depth, then you would want to activate the following exchange: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts And if you want to get data for all instruments traded on the CME Group, but do not need market depth for anything other than ES, then you would activate the following exchanges: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts - CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts And there are more combinations you can do depending on what you need, but you should be able to figure it out from what we have given you above.
