We have had several notices that there are problems connecting to Rithmic this morning. We do not know if your situation is different or not, as you are the first to give us your log, and in your log we see the following: Rithmic Direct - DTC (Data) | Logon error received from server: permission denied
The implication is that the Username and Password that you have entered for Rithmic is incorrect. We recommend contacting Rithmic and letting them know about this and see if can resolve this issue.
