The first issue is that you are on Package 5. In order to make any external connections or get real-time data, you need to be on Package 10 or higher. We have taken care of this temporarily for your account by giving you evaluation of Package 12 for 60 days. But you will need to change your package to 10 or higher before the 60 days ends.

The second issue is that with version 2394 and higher, we do not allow for CQG data from the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Therefore, you have two options:

1) Downgrade your software to version 2393 and get your data from CQG. Refer to the following instructions for how to downgrade:

or

2) Use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. The cost is the same and you will have more historical data available to you. You can also then stop the CQG data from your broker so you are not paying twice for the data. Refer to the information at the following link, which also includes Setup Instructions:
