Hi, I have received e-mail from my broker Advantage Futures with instructions how to connect to CQG Data/Trade service, but the connection fails. I have the latest version of SC (1121), I tried to connect several times, I'm sure I wrote user name and password correctly according to instruction received. The message log says user name does not exist. I send the copy of the final part of message log (just the last try to connect) bellow.
