The file is a standard Sierra Chart spreadsheet. If you are selecting it and it is opening in your browser as gibberish, then that is because your browser is interpreting the extension as a stylesheet. To work around this, you need to right-click and select Save Line As... and then save the spreadsheet to the Data folder under your Sierra Chart installation folder.
