These are issues outside of all of our networks. They are on the general Internet. That is the point, that our infrastructure provider was making. The problem was not on our side. it was outside of our networks. There is nothing we can do about this. There is one Internet connection that is being upgraded to a higher bandwidth but that is just one out of three that exists. It is not likely to have made much/any difference.
