The order fills have no impact at all upon the Position reporting in Sierra Chart. You can check the positions through Trade >> Trade Positions Window: Trading Information Windows: Trade Positions Window What you see there is not affected by order fills at all in the case of Rithmic. If a position is open there, try flattening it from that window. If there are any rejections of orders, check the Trade >> Trade Service Log.
