You just need to connect to your CQG account from your Sierra Chart software. To do this, follow these instructions:

But, what we saw previously was that you had done this setup, but you got a rejection from CQG since Sierra Chart was not setup to connect to your CQG account. Therefore, you needed to tell your broker to add the Sierra Chart options to your CQG account to allow Sierra Chart to connect.

Going forward, if you are not wanting to keep your Sierra Chart connected to your CQG account at all times, then you will want to follow these instructions at least once a month to make the connection to your CQG account:
