Hi John, it's getting a bit more complicated, i think the best way to solve this it's to explain you my setup and probably will make it easier for both side to fix the issue. I have Ironbeam (cannon trading) as a broker and Qtrader from CQG as trading platform. I use Sierra for charts and profiles and i got the sierra subscription and real data feed for the charts. Basically im' not getting any data feed from CQG but from you that's probably why the connection fails, is that correct? If yes, where i should connect to on "Current Selected Service List"? If not please could you please advise how to proceed, because i'm getting a bit lost Regards A |
