HI there,

I'm trying to verify my trading account in order to get back my real time data on sierra charts but when i follow these steps it's not working

Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

I do trade with Qtrader platform so when i try to connect with CQG Web Api(the only CQG option on Current Selected Service List) i get the error message attached.

My real time data service expires on the 30th of June so i guess it's not related to any pending payment.

I hope you can help me to figure out what i'm doing wrong.
