The only thing we can think is to check your Draw Type to ensure it is not Blank. Select Chart >> Chart Draw Type and make sure it is not set to Blank.

There is a possibility that since you had activated both the Non-Professional and the Professional exchanges that this is causing a conflict. We see you had deactivated the Non-Professional exchange, but your agreements state that you are a non-professional. Which exchange option do you want to keep?
