There is not reason for having issues with different timeframes, unless you have stored your data at a higher increment. Just to ensure this is not the case, check to make sure the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is set to 1 Tick.

From your image, the historical data had downloaded, but since that message is still on the screen it implies that it is still working on getting the Intraday historical data.

If you have left the chart up, then by the time you are reading this, the chart should be fully loaded at this time.

If you still do not have the data, then make sure you scale is set to Automatic and then reset the scale to ensure that the data isn't just off screen somewhere. Refer to the following for how to do this:
