Can you offer free delayed streaming intraday data for ICE like IB Is doing? No, we have no involvement with ICE. What we offered before was through our data provider Barchart. Is there any way to figure out why Sierrachart is unable to load it as well? Probably because ICE does not allow this and Interactive Brokers has to restrict the data.
