In order to get the data from the NASDAQ TotalView, you need to have the suffix of -NQTV on the symbol. Otherwise, it will be pulling the data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, which does not have the Market Depth data. For example, IBM would need to be entered as IBM-NQTV to get the NASDAQ TotalView data for IBM.
