Hello, minutes ago I paid for Package 5 renewal (I use CQG data for GBP Futures through AMP).

Wasn't aware of this issue as I was using my Sierra Charts without a problem on Friday but now after paying for the package this morning, none of my charts are updating to live prices.

I realise now that we have to switch to a higher package but I just made a payment for Package 5, do I have to pay again and lose the money I just spent on Package 5?

How can I resolve this issue?
