My apologies to clarify further why I am getting more confused is because I was advised to first make sure that my computer time setting is consistent with the global time zone of Sierra chart. Since the Toronto time zone is not available I chose NY as the time zone and made sure is consistent with my computer time. Now I am advised to change the global time zone to either Chicago or Brussels which means it won't be consistent with my computer time zone and this is where I am not sure how to proceed and made the proper changes.
