After you enlarge the chart with the problem try resetting the scales to see if that resolves the issue. Refer to the following: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale If it does not resolve the issue, then typical issue is that you have a study that is wanting to show data down at a lower value that is causing the scales to show a larger range than what you want. What is odd is that if this is the case, then it should not matter if the chart is enlarged or not. But go through the studies and remove them one-by-one to see which one is causing the issue.
