First, there is no symbol for TNPX. Did you mean TNXP (Tonix Pharmaceuticals)? If so, then the issue is that you had the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active with the U.S. Equities exchange, for which you were then able to get real-time data for TNXP (and other equities). On June 1 (today) your account did not renew the Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed because you did not have enough funds in your account. If you want to get this exchange active again, then add enough funds to your account to cover the cost of the Data Feed Fee and the Exchange Fee (total of $35.50), and then go to the Recurring Services page and scroll to the bottom and select the button for Reactivate Connection for the data feed itself and then the button for Reactive Exchange for the exchange. But, we also see that you have the NASDAQ TotalView data enabled on our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you want to use this data instead of the U.S. Equities, then just change the symbol to have a "-NQTV" suffix. For example, you would change TNXP to TNXP-NQTV. Since you had both of these enabled, we assume you are aware that the NASDAQ TotalView does not have the consolidated tape information yet. We are still working on this.
