We see that you have created 2 accounts, and that is the reason why you were not able to activate the trial - when you tried to login with the other account it created a "red flag" for our system and locked both accounts. You need to choose one of the accounts to go forward with and we will activate the trial for it and remove the other one. Let us know which account you want to use.
