First of all, there are two places to set the time zone. There is a Global setting which is accessed by selecting Global Settings >> Time Zone, which you want to set to the time zone for which you want most (if not all) of your charts to use. It sounds like you want your charts to be in the Eastern Time Zone, therefore set this Global Time Zone to Eastern. We do not have options for every major city in the Time Zone options, you need to select the time zone that matches up with yours, or you can use the "Other/Custom..." time zone settings to setup your specific time zone. Then there is a per chart time zone under Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times. This should be set to Use Global Time Zone unless you want this specific chart to be a different time zone from the Global Time Zone. Your Session Times will always be relative to what the chart time zone is set to. What you have for your Session Times looks fine, but it depends on the specific symbol. In general, the default Session Times should work for your symbols.
