This is clearly documented on the replay documentation page: Replaying Charts: Chart Replay Window Not Visible No need to go to the Message Board at all. If Sierra Chart tries to reposition the replay window, when it is believed to be offscreen, it leads to a false detection based upon certain monitor configurations and in some cases it will then just keep repositioning itself, when the program is started when it should not.
