These are saying that when you tried to change an order it was not able to do it, either because you did not actually change the position, so the price is the same, or that wherever you tried to change it to, would not allow a change to that position. Such as when the option Reject Stop Orders That will Immediately Fill is set to Yes. Refer to the following:

You selected Flatten/Reverse but there was no position open to flatten. We noticed that the there was a modification request for the same symbol on 2022-05-23 17:04:34, but then Flatten/Reverse was selected at 2022-05-24 14:01:09, which is about 21 hours later. Your position may have been closed due to the Time in Force, or if you have a flatten at a certain time enabled. You will have to look through and see why that position was closed if you did not expect it to be.
