Whenever you place an order with Attached Orders, then the attached orders are going to be setup as you have them in the Trade Window at that moment in time. So if you want a Market order with the attached orders as you have them setup, then you can right click and select Buy Market, or if you want the parent to be a Stop-Limit, then right click and select Stop-Limit. Again, in each of these cases, as long as Use Attached Orders is enabled then the attached orders will be added as they are setup.
