I restarted my computer, re-opened Sierra Chart, selected Edit >> Delete All Data and Download and selected all contracts in the list. That update worked and brought my charts up to date. However, the next time I opened that Chartbook, I got the error again and my charts did not get updated with the latest data. The only way to update appears to be to use Edit >> Delete All Data and Download everytime I open the chartbook. Any ideas? |
