Post From: Resizing the chart regions and making them transparent

Question 1 (see attachment 1):
I have 4 chart regions: 1 is price and then 2,3 and 4 are studies.
Currently if i resize the region 4 (distance a in attachment 1) by dragging up the line between region 3 and 4 the region 4 becomes bigger but the region 3 becomes smaller. Is it possible to change this behaviour so that instead of region 3 becoming smaller, the height of regions 3 and 2 (distances b and c in attachment 1) would be locked and they would move up by maintaining their sizes, making main region 1 smaller at the bottom?

Question2 (see attachment 2):
In TradingView the region of Volume study is transparent (for lack of better description) and the price bars are visible inside the Volume study region. Is it possible to replicate the same behaviour in Sierra, so that if price chart is moved to the study region then both the price and the study bars would be visible?

I went through all the Sierra settings and google with no luck so i presume the answer is no to both but just want to double check

Many thanks
