With that chart active, select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Let us know if the data changes. If you still have the problem, then we would like for you to attach the file named ESM22-CME.dly to this thread for us to take a look at it. The file is located in the Data folder which is directly under your main Sierra Chart installation folder.
