If those are the exact way you entered the symbols then those will not work. Each service that Sierra Chart can connect to uses their own specific symbol methodology. Our servers show that you are connected to our Teton Order Routing Service, in which case the MCL M contract for 2022 would need to be entered as the following: MCLM22_FUT_CME If you open a chart using File >> Find Symbol then you will always get the correct symbol format for the service you are using.
