basically, long story short. Had a new disk drive replaced on my computer and had to have new windows operating system installed. In the process had to reinstall Sierra chart. I am having a difficult time getting things connected like they were before. I am a long time Sierra chart user (plus 12 years) and I am ashamed to ask for help but I need remote assistance.
