This is referring to simulated trading. You have to determine the origin of that order that got filled and see if it was submitted after canceling the orders: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Determining the Origin of a New/Modified Order In addition to this, I have the Global P&L Management set to flatten position @ 1K but the Position still got left open. I'm a bit confused as it usually flattens the position when the rule is met. Anyway it really is impossible for us to answer these questions after the fact.
