There is not an issue. Your account is set to renew on May 18, but you already have the funds in the account to cover that renewal. What you saw was just a reminder that the renewal was coming up. The one thing to keep in mind is that the Sierra Chart renewal is on a 31 day cycle, therefore due to not all months having 31 days your actual renewal date will shift slightly over time.
