I received a message last night (Saturday 14 May) stating that I had 5 days left of access - I don't have the exact phrasing as I clicked on the option to see full message in browser but system froze up & I was never able to see it. I restarted the computer & it hasn't reappeared as a pop up in Sierra Charts or as a tab in the browser. I was puzzled as I have never seen the message in previous months & I have done the same thing routinely : I add 26 dollars to the account the last Saturday of the month to cover the following month. Indeed I received an email from Sierra Charts on 6 May confirming that I had indeed paid 26 dollars on 30 April. So I remain puzzled why I received this message last night. Is there a problem? |
