There is not a shortcut to do what you want directly. But, you can use the Trade Management by Study to do what you want, but it will take a few extra steps. In particular, you would have to use another study to define the level at which you want the Target to move to (such as a Spreadsheet Formula, or the Horizontal Lines studies) and then reference that line in the Trade Management by Study. Then you could setup a Control Bar button for the Trade Management by Study to Enable it when you want to move the Target.
