Your problem is the following lines in the log: SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2
This error indicates that there is another system with your Account Name already connected to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But, the first thing to do is to update the computer you are working on to the current version. We have made some fixes where this error was coming up even though a different computer had already been disconnected. To update your Sierra Chart, follow these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update If you continue to have the issue after the update, then you need to check if you do have another computer connected at the same time, and then disconnected that computer from the Data Feed, or exit from Sierra Chart completely. If you are going to work from multiple computers often, then you can pay for the ability to get the data to two different systems at the same time. The cost is double the exchange fee. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
