Hi, Just wanted to post this for anyone's reference when a user is using Teton order routing in live trading mode and using some kind of automated trading logic. A stop order that is part of a bracket will change ordertype from 2 (STOP) to 3 (STOP_LIMIT) after the parent is filled. It does not make a lot of sense but it is what it is ... How did I discover this? Well ... my AT study has some safety features to prevent an open position without an expected stop order. Apparently Teton users in live mode behaved differently than any other service or anything else in SIM. Outcome is as depicted above. Regards, Fred |
