What exactly do you mean by "flipping from chart to chart within a Chart collection"? We need more information to understand what might be going on. The few things we can think of that could be causing a constant "flipping" of charts is that you selected the options Chart >> Start Scan. If that was selected then select Chart >> Stop Scan. Another possible situation is that your F9 key is stuck, which is the Next Chart key, so it is constantly loading the Next Chart. Also, have you tried exiting from Sierra Chart and restarting to see if whatever was occurring will stop? Otherwise, we do not know and need more information.
