Hi guys, I have asked everyone at OFL and they can't figure it out so I need your help. I have 2 separate instances on my pc. Each with its own login as one is connected to Teton, the other is SC data all services. It is with all services I am having issues with BUT I think it's XBTUSD specific. I cannot get an intraday chart on XBTUSD going back any further than early sept of last year. On that instance, I also have an ES chartbook and I can go back as far as I want intraday, it is only with bitcoin perp contract that it stops. The daily contract I can go far back. I went into global settings at first but then once I saw I can get tick data back to early 2021 on es and nq I realise it's an issue with xbtusd. Can you help me? I am desperate to see 'under the hood' of the daily chart as that's how I find my levels. Now that btc is down at 33000 you need to go back a year to see price action at that level. Thank you guys |
