By drop, I simply mean the connection to Transact is dropped or lost. Sierra Chart will attempt to reconnect and always succeeds in reconnecting, but I have no idea why the connection is being lost in the first place. The dialog box that was displayed after the lost connection, did not have a title and simply said to send the TransactToSierraBridge.dmp file to the developer. Since it wasn't clear whether the message originated from Sierra Chart or Transact software, I started with Sierra Chart. I'll now contact Transact. jc |
