Ok we need to know when this happens again because without the Message Log there is no way we can track it down.

We do have concerns when a user is connected to a secondary server and we have removed one of those from the list of available servers.

We will also be doing some updates over the weekend and we do have a new server in the Aurora DC we will be also using for real-time data distribution.
