We do not know what is meant by this: Numbers on the DOM totally scattered.
This does not make technical sense. Even if there is a lag, the data feed is going to be functioning correctly at all times. And the origin of the lag is not known either. It generally is very unlikely to be a lag at the server level. And the lagging issue would be somewhere else. Maybe if you are connected to a secondary server there could have been a lag but not at the origin in Chicago.
