Dear Team

When I logged into my paper trading rytmic account I received the following message to Rytmic and APEX funding:

Apex:

We received a notification from Rithmic that you have consumed too much market data according to their rules. Whatever platform you are using (as it's not ninja as ninja uses its own historical data) is using too much data and refreshing too often. You need to contact the platform to fix this before your account is shut down. Please see the message from Rithmic below. These are their rules not ours and there's nothing we can do to change it.


Rytmic :

Rithmic's history plant guardian has observed that your user id, APEX-11297, has requested historical market data resulting in 20113298556 bytes transmitted to your computers since Rithmic's systems most recent scheduled reboot. You are approaching your weekly allotment of historical market data

Once you exhaust your allotment of data for the week your access to historical market data will suspended for the remainder of the week.

do you have a solution so that I download less data when I open a chartbook?
