You are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Are you using the Denali data or the Rithmic data? The one thing to look at, if you have not already done so, is the Chart Update Interval. 500 milliseconds (.5 seconds) is the default, which could give an appearance of lagging if the other system is updating faster. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) If you are using the Rithmic data, then there is nothing we can do with regards to that data.
