There are a couple of possible things occurring. 1) You get sent a Global Configuration file through the Send File option within Sierra Chart and you are accepting the download of that configuration file. If this is occurring, then do not accept the download of the configuration file. 2) You have some charts setup to use the Global Graphics and some charts setup for Chart Graphics. Unless you have specific reasons for wanting chart to use different graphics settings, it is best to just use the Global settings. Refer to the information here: Graphics Settings: Using Different Color and Graphics Settings for Specific Charts Otherwise, these items should not change. Please set your charts up as you want them to be, and then let us know if they change again without it being one of the above situations.
