Thanks very much for your swift response. It is loading the data again (miraculously). Regarding my errors I appreciate your comments. "In the Sub-Instance from which this log was taken, what is the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Use Market Data Direct from Primary Server set to?" - I don't find that option USE MARKET DATA DIRECT FROM PRIMARY SERVER. I have only Service (SC Data - All Services (data) / Service Settings (Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real-time Symbols (min) set to 30 / Saved DTS Configuration (DTS Config (List) blank. same for the 3 buttons (blank) Re: "Study: ASK Circles | You are not allowed to use this study.
