We do see a few of the following errors in the log:
HD Request # 3 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for JPY-202206-GLOBEX. Timeout error connecting to server.

In the Sub-Instance from which this log was taken, what is the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Use Market Data Direct from Primary Server set to?
