I am on version 2040 64bit and using Rithimic. When the upgrade to the current version is installed the .cht files from 2040 no longer work even though the files are pointed to correctly. How do I upgrade to the current version while keeping the .cht files? Is there an intermediary step and how long will it take if paid support is involved in this resolution so I can pay for support to login and remotely resolve this error? Thank you |
