For the reason why, refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy If you are going to use the data from Rithmic, then there is not a need to connect to your personal trading account once a month. That is only required if you are going to get the CME Group data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
