The first thing is to ensure that you have all the information entered correctly for the connection to Rithmic. Refer to the Setup Instructions at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions With respect to the above, also ensure that you have entered your Username and Password for each of the data fields, even if you are not using their data. If you still have trouble, try connecting to a different Rithmic server and see if that will work.
